This October, the Boyds team gathered at Ansty Hall in Coventry for a special company offsite to celebrate an incredible milestone – 20 years of Boyds.
The two-day event brought together colleagues from across the US, UK and Ireland to reflect on Boyds’ journey over the past two decades, share ideas for the future, and strengthen connections across teams. The offsite combined strategic discussions on growth and innovation with interactive workshops, team-building activities, and plenty of moments of celebration.
The event was a wonderful way to recognise the impact Boyds has made over the past 20 years and to celebrate the people who have shaped that success. As we look to the future, the energy and ideas shared at Ansty Hall highlight an exciting next chapter for Boyds – and our continued commitment to making a difference for our clients, and most importantly, for the patients at the heart of everything we do.
