Boyds is pleased to announce the following promotions across the company.

Harriet Edwards is promoted to Director of Regulatory Affairs. Harriet joined Boyds as an Associate Director. Her promotion to Director recognises her contributions to and leadership of client projects as well as her work on the Boyds podcast, Conversations in Drug Development. In her new role, Harriet will take on additional responsibilities across regulatory projects as well as supporting the development of Boyds as a business. 

Navila Rehman is promoted to Associate Director for Quality Systems and Submissions Compliance. Having originally joined Boyds as Quality Manager, then promoted to Senior Manager, Navila has played an instrumental role in establishing a robust quality system for Boyds, ensuring GCP compliance and supporting patient safety. Her promotion will see her continue to lead our consistent approach to quality and manage and maintain the compliance of our quality system.

Chris Moore is promoted to Senior Clinical Project Manager after joining Boyds as Clinical Project Manager. In his new role, Chris will lead Boyds’ clinical monitoring services in the UK and EU and  he will develop key clinical operations partner relationships to support Boyds’ clinical services. In addition, he will support Boyds’ quality assurance for clinical operations audits and the development and maintenance of Boyds’ clinical operations processes and standard operating procedures.

In Boyds’ business support team, Hayley Morris is promoted to Executive Assistant. Hayley originally joined Boyds as Office Administrator. Her promotion reflects her work assisting Boyds’ CEO Professor Alan Boyd with the efficient running of the business. As Executive Assistant, Hayley will act as a key point of contact between the Executive Leadership Team and internal/external stakeholders. Including managing executive schedules and providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team.
