Boyds' Charity of the Year
We are proud to announce that we have chosen to support The Maddi Foundation as our Charity of the Year for 2024.
Established in 2016 as the ‘Save Our Maddi Appeal,’ The Maddi Foundation emerged in response to Madeleine Thurgood’s diagnosis of Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia 15 (SPG15), making her the first in the UK with this rare condition.
Lake District Ultra Challenge
Boyds’ hikers spent some time in the sunny Lake District over the weekend, raising funds for The Maddi Foundation.
The 2 groups did an incredible job, completing 10km and 29km hikes, and raising £750 for our charity of the year.
Boyds Bake Sale
Our Crewe and Cambridge offices had a lot of fun hosting a Boyds Bake Sale to fundraise for our charity of the year, The Maddi Foundation.
A big shoutout and thank you to our organisers, bakers, and everyone who generously donated. Together we raised £523 for a very important cause.
Proud Patron of The Cat Radio
The Cat is the local community radio station for Crewe, Nantwich and the surrounding areas. Boyds has been a proud patron of the station since July, offering support, business development advice and sponsorship that enables the continuation of the volunteer-led organisation.
