Boyds appoints Senior Manager of Quality Systems and Quality Assurance

We are thrilled to announce the appointment of experienced Quality Assurance professional, Macnish Christian.

Macnish ChristianWith over ten years’ experience in clinical research, specialising in GCP auditing, regulatory compliance and QMS management, Macnish joins Boyds to further strengthen its quality assurance services. His experience spans clinical trial oversight, vendor and third-party quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives designed to strengthen compliance and operational quality across research and development settings.

In his previous roles Macnish has developed and implemented Quality Management Systems, conducted GCP audits, led CAPA and risk management processes, and supported multiple regulatory inspections.

As Senior Manager of Quality Systems and Quality Assurance at Boyds, Macnish is responsible for overseeing, developing and maintaining the company’s Quality Management System to ensure compliance and support business operations. He will oversee and coordinate internal and external audits, review and update policies and procedures to support organisational growth and contribute to Boyds’ quality assurance services for clients in collaboration with colleagues and external partners.

Macnish will also help maintain an effective filing structure, ensure continued compliance with relevant legislation, and provide technical and strategic quality support across the company, while mentoring team members and contributing to broader business activities.
