£21,450k+ | Crewe, UK


Office Administrator, Based in Crewe, Salary £21,450k + private healthcare, generous holiday entitlement, pension. Full time, 37.5hrs per week, working Monday to Friday.

We have an exciting opportunity for a PA / Administrator to join a growing pharmaceutical consultancy business based in their Crewe office. This is a varied role that provides PA support to the CEO and general administrative support to the business. We are keen to hear from candidates with experience in a PA or Administrator role who are friendly, approachable, team-oriented, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key duties will include:

  • Provide administration support to the CEO
  • Diary management for the CEO
  • Assist Contracts Manager with drafting of consultancy agreement’s and CDA’s
  • General reception duties (answering the phone, open post, arrange deliveries, etc.)
  • Oversight of service providers (cleaners, office maintenance, phones.)
  • Ordering and maintaining stock and office supplies
  • Coordination and organisation of meetings for employees and clients
  • Travel management for staff
  • Literature searches
  • Any other support deemed as required to support business growth and development

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in a PA or Administrator role
  • Full working knowledge of MS Office with Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent typing skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Proactive and able to work unsupervised
  • Comfortable working for an SME business as part of a small team.
